Perfect size for a new church, built in 1948, it seats about 99 people. City records say 2000 Sq. Feet, but they didn’t include the basement, more added space! Great size for smaller churches. Main level has sanctuary, pastors office and overflow room. Lower level has kitchenette, fellowship hall, storage room, and furnace room. Outdoors has a backyard and a side yard that has potential to be made into parking. Church has changed all of the exit doors from wood to steel in the last 5 years, and it has two new furnaces. The neighborhood is making lots of improvements, just look at the size of the surrounding homes! On the Building the address says 4000 West Belle Place, but actual tax address is 3970. Welcome home!
